Reservation Fee

A £50 deposit is required to secure your session date (this will be deducted from your total price). The remaining balance is payable on the day of the shoot.

This ensures your date is locked in my calendar!

The Experience & Delivery

Selection Gallery

Within 5–7 business days of your session, you will receive access to a private online gallery of low-resolution images for selection. I recommend making your final choices within 14 days to ensure your project stays on track. Please note: Your final editing timeline begins only after your selection is complete.

The Art of Retouching

Your hand-crafted images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks of your selection date. Each chosen image will be provided in both vibrant color and timeless black & white.

Quality & Consistency

To ensure your final collection is a masterpiece, only fully retouched images are delivered. Unedited RAW files are not part of any collection as they represent an unfinished stage of my creative process. However, you are always welcome to upgrade your package or purchase additional images if you find more moments you cannot leave behind.

Additional Retouching

Professional retouching for extra images is available for £20 per image.

• Bundle of 5 extra images: £80
• Bundle of 10 extra images: £150

Physical Art

You can enhance your memories with optional extras such as professional prints, wall art, or a Folio Box.

Travel

Locations beyond a 10-mile radius from my business location will incur a small travel fee to cover expenses.

Session Types

Studio and outdoor sessions are treated as separate experiences and cannot be combined within a single package.

Mutual Respect

I am committed to providing a peaceful and creative environment. Any form of disrespect or negativity will result in an immediate termination of service, a refund of any remaining balance, and the deletion of session files.

Collaboration & Vision

Your comfort and vision are my priority. If you have specific poses, ideas, or meaningful shots in mind, please share them with me before or during the shoot. Reviewing my portfolio beforehand is a great way to align with my artistic style and see what resonates with you.
